Alexandr Sergeevich Galushka was born on 1st December, 1975 in Klin, Moscow oblast.
He graduated from the Institute of Economics in Moscow State Social University in 1997, his major was “Economy and sociology of work”, he also graduated from Plehanov Russian University of Economics in 2001.
In 1998 he became a head of “The centre of management rating and consulting”
Since 2004 he had been a president of “Russian board of estimators”.
2010-2012 — a president of All-Russian public organization “Business Russia”. Since 2012 — co-chairman of “Business Russia”.
Since August, 2011 to June, 2012 he was a member of State Committee in social and economical development of Far East, Republic of Buryatia, Trans-Baikal Territory and Irkutsk Region.
Since 12 June, 2013 — co-chairman of Central Board of social movement “Narodny front “Za Rossiyu”".
Since 11 September, 2013 — Russian Federation Minister of Far East Development.
He has state awards and gratitude from the President and Russian Federation Government. He is a coordinator of “The National entrepreneurs initiative of investment situation development in Russian Federation” working groups, a head of working group “Development of competition and improvement of antimonopoly policy”.
