Hailing from New Jersey, USA and after spending 10 years immersed in Nashville. Jansen Press brings a wealth of Professional Guitar playing experience to the European scene.
During his career he has worked with Grammy Award® artists (The Mavericks) as well as sharing major stages with the likes of Status Quo, George Thorogood, John Corabi (Motley Crue), Ryan Roxie (Alice Cooper, Slash’s Snakepit) as well as Hootie & The Blowfish. He has been seen on video outlets such as VH-1, Much Music in Canada, and L’Énorme-TV (France).
Currently based in Paris, France. He is the co-founder of the neo-classic rock band, Carousel Vertigo, who have recently toured as special guests of British Rock royalty, Status Quo on their Pictures Exposed and Quid Pro Quo world tours.
Additionally, he has served as the Gibson Product Specialist in France for the past 8 years and has appeared as a featured Gibson Clinician at major Music Expositions such as: Music Live (Birmingham, UK), Musikmesse (Frankfurt, Germany), Luthman Scandinavian Tour (Stockholm, Helsinki, Oslo, Copenhagen), Palme Music Expo (Dubai), as well as Music Moscow 2012 & 2013 (Moscow, Russia).
With influences ranging from Jimmy Page, Joe Perry to T-Bone Walker and Mississippi Fred McDowell, Jansen leverages his experiences as well as his passion for Gibson Guitars, to create an unforgettable and impacting Total Gibson Experience.
